With lots of training options to choose from, including classes and open gym, plus a wide array of membership options to suit all budgets.

All our coaches are highly experienced, friendly and ready to welcome anyone. We also have amenities such as on-site physiotherapist and cafe, plenty of parking, disabled access, changing and shower facilities.

Located in Whitwood just of the M62 Castleford junction.
